How do I generate captions for my photos?

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through your App Store account settings. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, then find and select Snaply to view or modify your subscription options.

How do I cancel my trial before being charged?

To cancel your trial, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Snaply, then select "Cancel Trial" or "Cancel Subscription." This must be done at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

Why can't the app access my photos?

Snaply needs permission to access your photos to generate captions. Go to Settings → Privacy → Photos, and ensure Snaply has permission to access your photos.
